All of our professional services staff are highly trained, extremely qualified personnel who are familiar with the specific range of products for which they are providing associated professional services. They are drawn from the development teams that created our network software products, and have many years of software engineering experience with Metaswitch.

We prefer to offer professional services on a fixed price, fixed timescale basis, typically developing against an agreed specification to agreed timescales. We believe that this approach is beneficial for both our customers and for Metaswitch as it
